I have been getting all of my cakes from the store for the past 30 years. I called Tuesday to have a cake made for Saturday did not get the update that the party was changed till midnight on Tuesday. Call first thing in the morning and email to see if I could get it done by Thursday and they wanted to charge me $25 so they just lost a customer of 30 years for one time misunderstanding do not go there. Do not give this place business. They are very rude about the whole situation they are scammers $25 extra for a cake then I’m already paying $45 for no thank you.

LARRYS FOODLAND EMPLOYEES EXTREMELY RUDE TO FIREWORKS EVENT PATRONS. Looking for customer service?? DON’T COME HERE. I wanted to share some feedback about a recent experience at the fireworks event. We waited about 25 minutes in line for food, but when we reached the front, we were told it was cash only. There were no signs indicating this, and it wasn’t announced ahead of time. Because of that, we had to leave, drive home to get cash, and return. When we came back, we politely asked if we could return to the front of the line since we had already waited, but we were told no and had to go to the back again. I was disappointed by how the situation was handled, especially after the time we had already invested in waiting and traveling back and forth. Better signage or a clear announcement would have helped prevent this confusion, and some flexibility in situations like this would improve the customer experience. I normally really enjoy these events, so I hope this feedback is helpful for improving things going forward. It completely ruined this event for us entirely. Having to drive home, come back, and no parking available now because we had to leave. They sure made a profit on

Such a wonderful shopping experience for my daughter! She's 7 and loves the mini carts. It helps teach her responsibility, being aware of her surroundings and gives her a sense of independence. She will RUN in to the store to throw her baby doll in the little cart seat. This is the only store she's excited to go to.. besides the one where I work. Not to mention, the employees there are INCREDIBLY patient and kind with us. They let her unload the groceries herself too and don't get impatient. One of the staff stopped what they were doing to show me something I had blindly walked by too. Such kind, caring staff that don't talk down to you or make you feel bad for being slow or not knowing something. Thank you Larry's staff for your patience and kindness ^.^

Just had my first experience at Larry's. Amazing staff! Wonderful selection! Very surprised on how great the store is. Just moved back from Florida and am completely astonished. I will definitely be frequently shopping here. Definitely recommend.

A quaint grocery store serving Livonia and surrounding cities. They are open 24 hours, the staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety of products and the atmosphere is fresh and clean. One day I had trouble with my debit card and didn't have enough cash to cover my purchase so one of the employees put up the money until I could get my card straightened out! Wow, talk about fantastic service.
